How to order

There are two ways of ordering.

1. Using the online order form (preferred)
2. Email

We prefer you to use the order form so all of the information we need from you is there. Once you've submitted your order, we will check it and send an invoice.

Payment can be by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

If you prefer to order directly by email you must include the following information:

• name and address
• email (for card payment and contact)
• telephone number
• plate size
• plate finish (gold leaf, antique gold leaf, silver plate - not size 9, or stainless steel)
• serif or sans-serif
• text

We prefer to do the formatting of the plates ourselves. Please note, brackets around dates will always be omitted, as will  commas and full stops from acronyms & abbreviations.

Generally we can accommodate around 34 characters per line (letters and spaces).

We can provide email proofs of complex formats for £5 each.
